About
Cathy L. Rath is the founder and owner of Rath Law PLLC. Cathy has practiced law since 2000. She was first admitted to the Illinois bar, where she practiced primarily in federal courts in the midwest, including Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Kentucky. Cathy’s primary area of practice was litigation, collecting past due accounts on behalf of two Teamsters management-labor employee benefit funds.
Cathy moved to Texas in 2013, and was admitted to the Texas bar in 2014. She shifted her focus to estate planning when she realized that many folks did not realize the importance of basic estate planning. Cathy’s mission is to provide access to high quality legal services in the areas of estate planning and probate administration at a price most folks can afford.
